Toni Kief, a Midwesterner from a family of high spirits. As an adult she moved to Arizona, Florida and finally her mother’s hometown, Marysville, Washington. She worked as an insurance investigator for years. Also a long time political activist having marched in support of Civil and Women's rights. 

Toni started writing late in life, self-publishing her first book at the age of 67. She defines her genre as OA—old adult. Toni has just finished her 10th book. She co-founded The Writers Cooperative of the Pacific Northwest, a gathering of local authors in the Snohomish County area north of Seattle.
