Description
Owen has always dreamed of fire.
Every night, it’s the same nightmare: flames, smoke, and a shadowy figure watching from the blaze. His best mates, twins Robyn and Hadwi, try to laugh it off as his weird ‘fire dreams’, but Owen can see the panic behind their jokes.
When his archaeologist father finally unearths the artifact he’s spent his career hunting, Owen feels an impossible pull toward the glowing Orb. The moment he touches it, everything changes. He slips into the Dreamworld, where a mysterious nine-tailed fox spirit calls him “Dreamwalker” and warns him that danger is coming. She’s right. A dangerously charming man named Viktor appears, asking questions Owen can’t possibly answer. When Viktor kidnaps his dad and leaves Owen with a terrifying ultimatum, Robyn and Hadwi are forced to reveal the truth: they’re not just his friends. They’re his guardians, and the magical world they’ve hidden from him is about to catch fire.
Now Owen must master rune magic, navigate a treacherous dream realm, and decide who he can trust before the flames catch up with him for real.
Because some nightmares are more than dreams. And some secrets burn hotter than fire.
